Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) position located in Sioux City, Iowa. This role involves providing professional and clinical care to postoperative patients on a general medical/surgical floor with telemetry monitoring. The assignment requires floating within the same discipline across local campuses and supporting the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts (12 hours), minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license in Iowa; at least 1 travel contract completed; 2 years of previous experience; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association); NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; Epic electronic medical record experience preferred; first-time traveler acceptable.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS.
• Work history/resume required.
• Skills checklist completed within the last year.
• License verification required.
• Copy of required certifications required.
• References: One supervisory reference required at the time of submission.
• Additional Information: Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, except in Madison where a 10% rate reduction is accepted. Role involves caring for post-operative patients requiring overnight stays. Floating within the same discipline may be required.
