Description

Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular in Odessa, Texas, will be responsible for providing high-quality care to cardiovascular intensive care patients. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes, demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. The position requires adherence to hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act, with ongoing clinical competency development.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); experience in the Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular; location in Odessa, Texas; at least 2 years of prior travel experience required; no local candidates accepted
  • Additional Information: The registered nurse will be responsible for overseeing patient care in the cardiovascular intensive care unit, ensuring clinical standards are maintained. All travel submissions must demonstrate at least 2 years of experience along with prior travel experience. Please note that all submissions are for a PWP facility, meaning payment is contingent upon facility payment.
