Job Summary:
The Operating Room Technician (ORT) position in Mauston, Wisconsin, involves preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment, assisting surgeons during procedures, and managing surgical instrumentation and supplies. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Certified Surgical Technologist certification preferred; 1+ years of related work experience preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Surgical Technician position prepares the operating room, includes setting up sterile fields, records sterilizer use, assists with gowning and gloving, patient positioning, and supplies management. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile environment, assisting during surgeries, and performing prep and post-operative tasks.
