Description
Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Springfield, Oregon. This opportunity is for an immediate start at a facility dedicated to providing specialized inpatient rehabilitation services. The role involves caring for adult patients with a variety of diagnoses, including neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injuries, delivering customized rehabilitation treatments to maximize patient recovery and quality of life.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Oregon RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, one or more years of nursing experience (non-new graduate)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient rehabilitation, familiarity with electronic health records system Epic
- Additional Information: The role involves working with adult and some geriatric patients, including those with complex medical needs. No float rotation is required. The facility is a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital employing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1.
