Job Summary
Long Term Care Nurse (RN) Springfield, Oregon. This assignment offers an opportunity to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment. The role requires dedication to supporting adult and geriatric patients with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery, with staffing to be effective during night shifts.
Job Details
- Shift: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, 1+ years of experience (no new graduates), Oregon licensure or eligibility, Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or adult and geriatric patient care, proficiency with electronic health record systems such as EPIC
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: This position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients in a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role demands adherence to facility protocols and a personable approach to patient care. Reporting to the nurse manager, the candidate should be prepared to work scrubs of any color and report at 7PM. The facility is located at 3555 E, Springfield, OR 97477. Upon arrival, ask for the nurse manager. Parking is available at the back of the building.
