Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother/Baby Couplet Care in Irving, TX. The position involves providing care in a postpartum maternity unit, focusing on antepartum and postpartum recovery, as well as newborn nursery care. The role requires working day shifts and offers a 13-week assignment with potential for ongoing placement.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/10/2026
• Quantity: 1 position
• Required Qualifications: State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license (temporary licenses will not be accepted), 2+ years of hospital experience, ability to care for high-risk antepartum patients as well as postpartum recoveries and newborn nursery patients, BLS certification, NRP certification, documentation system experience with Meditech
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced fetal monitoring, RNC-OB certification, additional advanced skills are a plus but not required
• Procedures Performed on Unit: IV placement
• Patient Experience Required: Antepartum care, newborn nursery care
• Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs; no artificial nails or gel nails; hair should be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder-length or longer; tattoos should be covered whenever possible; visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
• Additional Information: Floating policies are as-needed; attendance policies will follow the organization's standard policy
