Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse position in Columbia, Missouri. This role involves providing specialized patient care for diverse medical and surgical patients with a minimum of two years of critical care experience preferred. The position offers nights shifts, with a focus on critical care procedures including vasoactive drip titration and line management, within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Details:

• Position: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse in Columbia, Missouri
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Critical care experience of at least 2 years; Certifications or Education requirements include relevant nursing degrees/licenses; Location in the United States
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ICU and PCU settings, familiarity with procedures such as obtaining 12-lead EKGs, sheath removal, cardioversion/defibrillation, and management of epidural, PCA pumps, feeding tubes, and wound vacs
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The organization can downstaff travelers 36/48 hours in a 13-week contract based on their weekly schedule.
