Description
Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in an adult and geriatric care setting. This position involves providing quality nursing care on a nights shift, utilizing telemetry monitoring and a variety of clinical skills. The assignment offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with interdisciplinary support and a patient census of 36 beds.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state or compact nursing license, 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing with telemetry, BLS certification, and experience with charting in Epic system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma level I or II units is preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to units of equal acuity.
- Additional Information: Must complete core onboarding items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing. Modules are non-billable and completed onsite during orientation. Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.
- Travel Experience Required: Yes
- Time Frame: Starting on 10/20/2026 and concluding on 01/19/2027.
- Other Notes: Candidate must possess a valid license in hand at time of submittal; RTO requests must be listed at the time of submission.
