Job Summary
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit Indianapolis, IN. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients within the cardiac critical care setting. The nurse will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift, 1900-0730 (7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.), minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, 1 year of experience in a critical care setting, location in Indianapolis, IN, and ability to work night shifts
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cardiac critical care unit, certifications such as PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) are advantageous
- Float: Float rotation may be required to other critical care areas
- Additional Information: This position involves caring for patients requiring ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring. Candidates may be required to complete education modules prior to their first shift.
