Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care in Mandan, North Dakota. This interim Director of Nursing (DON) role involves serving as an interim Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and providing floor coverage as needed. The position offers a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on leadership and clinical skills.

Job Details:

• Location: Mandan, North Dakota
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS Certification, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Long Term Care
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in long-term care settings
• Shift Notes: Serve as interim ADON, will need to work the floor as needed to cover shifts
• Special Notes: Shifts are scheduled from 8 am to 5 pm. No overtime available at this location.
• Additional Information: Serve as interim ADON, will need to work the floor as needed to cover shifts. Will be involved in unit coverage during scheduled shifts on Sundays through Saturdays.
