Job Summary:
The specialty Nurse in Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) is responsible for supporting the trauma program of the facility. This on-site role involves working during the day shift, Monday through Friday, with a potential hybrid model allowing remote work on some days. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to trauma care quality and patient safety initiatives within a healthcare facility in California.

Job Details:

• Position: Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Nurse, specialty in Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Location: California, United States (Greenbrae, ZIP code 94904)
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher, current valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, minimum of 3 years of Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma experience, minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Up to 36 hours of call-off availability during the assignment at no cost to the facility. Timely attendance for the designated start date is required; start dates more than two weeks later will be automatically declined.
