Description

Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse working in Winchester, Massachusetts, assigned to a day/night rotation. The role involves providing specialized critical care in a high-acuity environment with a patient ratio of 1:2-3. The position requires adherence to hospital policies and protocols, with an emphasis on patient safety and quality outcomes.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), Massachusetts licensed registered nurse, and at least 2 years of relevant ICU experience. EPIC clinical software proficiency required. No local candidates considered (must be separated from previous employment with the organization for 6 or more months; contract, permanent, or per diem).
Additional Information: BILH coverage sheet required at time of submission. No float rotation is required for this assignment.
