Job Summary:
The healthcare professional will be assigned to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within the facility located in Albany, New York. This role involves providing specialized critical care to ICU patients across various environments such as neuro/trauma Surgical Intensive Care Units, Medical Intensive Care Units, Cardiac Care Units, and Progressive Critical Care Units. The position requires previous experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and competence in caring for ICU patients in diverse critical care settings.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience include Epic EMR experience, previous travel ICU experience, and must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant ICU experience. Candidates must possess compliance with all applicable licensing and credentialing standards, and must be comfortable and competent to care for ICU patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ICU/PACU environments.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with experience floating to a variety of ICUs and those with trauma center experience are highly desired.
• Additional Information: Competency test required within 24 hours of submission, sent via email. The candidate must provide an updated email during application. The position is for a single vacancy and is created to fill a vacant role due to internal vacancy or leave coverage.
