Description
Job Summary:
This opportunity is for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry registered nurse located in Olympia, Washington. The position involves working on nights shifts, providing care to adult and geriatric patient populations in a short-term acute care setting. The role demands flexibility for floating between units and adherence to specific clinical requirements.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 3x12 hours shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units; experience with cardiac telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of dysrhythmias; must have US unit experience; excellent charting skills using Epic; charge nurse experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Canadian healthcare settings is not qualifying; experience with interdisciplinary teams including IV, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.

- Must have experience in the US healthcare setting and be available for a quick start.
- No specific on-call or RTO restrictions.

- Clinical experience with adult and geriatric patients; charting in Epic is mandatory; previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
