Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in a Level Trauma Facility in Somerset, Kentucky. This role involves providing specialized patient care within the ICU, supporting a team dedicated to critical care services. The position offers a focused opportunity for experienced nurses to contribute to patient outcomes in a state-of-the-art hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Location: Somerset, Kentucky, within a 12-hour shift environment, with scheduled shifts during the day.
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS, NIHSS certifications; 1-2 years experience in an acute care setting; education requirements met with relevant credentials.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience within ICU or intensive care environment, critical care certifications such as CCRN preferred.
• Additional Information: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility. Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. The unit maintains patient ratios of 4:1 during day shifts and 5:1 at night.
• Position: Covering a single ICU RN position for staffing coverage due to leave.
