Job Summary:
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Floor - Payson, AZ. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in a medical surgical setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required; experience in a clinical setting for the designated specialty; ability to perform all essential functions of the role.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; professional certification in medical-surgical nursing; relevant additional education or experience.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for providing patient care according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and documentation. They will participate in team collaboration, supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel as needed, and support continual quality improvement activities. The position involves direct patient care, with physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Effective communication and proper body mechanics are essential.
