Description
Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Houston, Texas. This position involves collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care in the operating room setting. The role includes conducting nursing assessments, assisting with surgical procedures, providing patient education, and maintaining medical records to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
Job Details:
- Position: Operating Room Nurse (OR)
- Schedule: Night shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 1 year of OR nursing experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique is a plus
- Additional Information: The candidate will be expected to follow all policies and procedures of the organization, adhere to the terms of the master service agreement, and meet all position-specific requirements.
