Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in San Antonio, Texas. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting, overseeing staff, and supporting high standards of patient safety and care quality. The role requires ensuring clinical competencies and resource management in alignment with facility protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in perioperative nursing, two years of experience in an operating room environment, and full-time availability starting on 08/17/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical procedures and familiarity with operating room equipment.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The operating room registered nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management related to patient care.
