Job Summary
Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse (MS ONC) Atlanta, GA. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the medical surgical oncology floor of a healthcare facility. The role requires delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing cancer treatments, including stem cell transplants and chemotherapy.
Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN licensure in Georgia or a compact state, 13 years of nursing experience, EPIC electronic medical record experience, BLS certification, NIHSS certification, strong experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and chemotherapy, at least 18 months of specialty experience within the past 3 years, and the ability to start on 10/05/2026
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering chemotherapy, supporting bone marrow transplant patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Submission requirements involve a virtual interview process, with candidates preferred to have strong Epic clinical system skills and a history of experience in oncology nursing
