Job Summary:
The Cleveland, Ohio-based Medical Surgical Orthopedic Floor is seeking a qualified healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to adult inpatients, including orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and level I trauma patients. This role focuses on ensuring patient safety, delivering quality care, and enhancing the patient experience through effective pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside hand-offs.

Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and a minimum of 0 years of experience
Specialty: Medical Surgical Orthopedic Floor
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: This unit is a 24-bed medical-surgical adult inpatient unit with surveillance and telemetry monitoring utilizing Masimo technology. It cares for orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and trauma patients in a level I age-friendly NICHE facility.
