Job Summary
Pediatric Floor Nurse opportunity in Seattle, Washington. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients across various age groups. The role requires flexible staffing and the ability to float within skill sets, with orientation provided to ensure successful integration into the team. The candidate will work a 12-hour shift schedule, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on September 14, 2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license with a compact license in hand at submission; 0 years of experience required; Certifications including BLS and PALS are REQUIRED
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience and at least 2 years of experience; patient ratio experience of 1:4; experience with charting in EPIC system; community hospital and pediatric neuro or ortho experience preferred
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required within NICU and units within skill set, with orientation provided
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work holidays, refuse no scheduled shifts, and request all specific scheduling including RTO upfront. Two references covering the last 3 years are required, including details of any prior work at a Providence facility if applicable. The assignment involves caring for neonatal, adolescent, and pediatric patients, with a daily census of approximately 12.
