Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse Somerville, MA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a specialized medical-surgical unit. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license (current or conditional), minimum 2 years of experience in specialty ambulatory care, outpatient, clinic, or primary care settings. EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid drivers license with matching address. Up-to-date resume including at least one year of relevant experience and documentation of travel experience if applicable. Recent verification report of Massachusetts RN license. Availability to work every other major holiday.
• Preferred Qualifications: High proficiency in EPIC EMR systems. Experience working with patients aged 5 and up.
• Additional Information: Scrub color is flexible. Candidate must include RTO preferences at submission, and references from Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor highly recommended.
