Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in Nashville, TN. This position involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients in a busy NICU setting. The role requires a dedicated HCP (Health Care Professional) with relevant experience to support high-quality patient care during night shifts.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), STABLE certification, NICU experience of at least 3 years, Tennessee location required
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Philips monitors, Meditech and Centricity Perinatal documentation systems
Float: Float to comparable areas of high need
Additional Information: The role involves performing procedures on neonatal patients, adhering to unit-specific policies, and maintaining compliance with hospital guidelines. Candidates should have prior NICU experience and demonstrate advanced skills needed for critical neonatal care.
