Job Summary:
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) held at a healthcare facility in Springfield, MA. The role involves floating to Medical High Acuity Care Center, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, and Intermediate Care Unit. The position requires strong ICU experience, with specific focus on critical care and neuro critical care. The nurse will support a 32-bed Medical ICU with a variety of complex cases, including sepsis, ESRD, AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure, working days shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in NIHSS, BLS, ACLS (All through the American Heart Association); 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Units; 1 year of experience in a Level 1 ICU preferred; ICU experience in MICU setting preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong ICU background with experience in neuro critical care and complex case management.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Seeking experienced ICU nurses with strong clinical backgrounds. A nurse with only 1 year of experience or recent graduates may not be suitable for this assignment. The position is set to start on 08/31/2026 and ends on 11/29/2026.
