Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) position located in Reston. This role involves working in a busy operating room environment with a focus on orthopedic and spine procedures. Candidates must demonstrate strong spinal and orthopedic skills, along with experience across various surgical specialties, including neuro, general/GYN/urology, vascular, and thoracic surgeries.

Job Details:

• Location: Reston
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications specific to role (such as CST or state license), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and experience in orthopedic and spine surgeries. No minimum experience required beyond role-specific skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 trauma experience, expertise in spine and orthopedic surgical procedures, and familiarity with DaVinci Robot procedures such as prostatectomy, colectomy, and gastric bypass.
• Additional Information: This assignment includes weekend coverage and on-call duties, approximately six 12-hour on-call shifts within an 8-week schedule. The environment is fast-paced, requiring team players who are adaptable and experienced in a variety of surgical settings.
