Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a regional healthcare facility. This position involves providing perioperative patient care, working collaboratively with surgical teams, and supporting various surgical procedures. The role offers a dynamic work environment with scheduled call duties on both weekdays and weekends, based on operational needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), current licensure as a registered nurse, and experience in operating room settings. No minimum years of experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with weekend and weekday call rotations is ideal.
- Additional Information: The position includes weekend and weekday on-call responsibilities with discussions available regarding shift patterns such as 3x12s or 4x10s. The organization operates with performance-level expectations; performance that does not meet these standards may result in contract termination. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/31/2026 and conclude on 11/30/2026.
