Description
Job Summary:
House Supervisor Level 1 in a healthcare setting responsible for overseeing unit operations, ensuring patient safety, and supervising staff during night shifts. The role involves coordinating patient care, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies, with an emphasis on leadership and operational excellence.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, valid RN license, BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, and a minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience. Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a charge nurse or supervisor in a hospital setting.
- Additional Information: This position involves leadership responsibilities, clinical oversight, and team coordination during overnight hours. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, effective communication among staff, and the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
