Job Summary:
House Supervisor Level 1 in a healthcare setting oversees operations on a designated shift, ensuring quality patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with safety and organizational policies. This leadership role involves supervising nursing staff, managing clinical activities, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff during scheduled hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are required prior to the first shift. Candidates should possess at least 0 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a charge nurse or in a supervisory capacity is highly desirable.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, facilitating communication between team members, and supporting patient safety initiatives. The role requires active involvement in patient care management, staff supervision, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the shift.
