Job Summary:
Medical/Surgical Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical Floor at an organization in Neenah, WI. This position involves providing patient care on a 12-hour night shift, with responsibilities including managing adult medical-surgical patients with a patient ratio of 1:5-6. The role requires experience with EPIC charting within the past year, handling Med/Surg, COVID cases, and procedures like pre-post catheterization, pacemaker post-care, and TR Bands. The assignment duration is from September 8, 2026, to December 5, 2026, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Position: Medical/Surgical Floor RN
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/08/2026
• End Date: 12/05/2026
• Required Qualifications: WI RN License, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), 3+ years of nursing experience, 1 travel contract experience, EPIC charting within the last year, Associate Degree or Certificate, experience with Med/Surg and COVID patients, ability to manage change, resilient, social candidate.
• Shift Requirements: 12-hour nights, with up to every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed.
• Additional Information:
  • The candidate must have previous travel experience and be willing to float within the facility across all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius.
  • Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks.
  • Scrub colors are black.
  • No on-call or callback required.
  • Experience with pre-post cath, pacemaker post-care, TR bands, and pediatric patients (rare) preferred.
