Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care for procedures requiring invasive radiology techniques, including conscious sedation and vital sign monitoring during invasive procedures. The position is ideal for a confident RN experienced in interventional radiology, ICU, or Emergency Department settings.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS certification, a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in relevant settings, and location eligibility for the specified area
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in interventional radiology or catheterization lab settings; background in Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit is equipped with Siemens Artis Z, Siemens Artis Q, and Philips EPIQ ultrasound machines. The patient population includes individuals requiring invasive radiology procedures. The RN must be comfortable performing conscious sedation under radiologist supervision and working closely with technologists and other nursing staff. The first day of work will be at the north entrance, with orientation and CBT computer-based training to be completed prior to clinical duties.
