Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse, Michigan This role involves providing leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care within the Labor and Delivery department. The position requires utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure quality care, effective communication, and patient education.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing; ACLS, BLS certifications; at least 1 year of professional nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery department; ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services; effective communication skills; clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Additional Information: No float rotation required.
