Description

Job Summary:
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Naperville, IL. The role involves working in a tertiary PICU environment with a focus on pediatric critical care. The assignment is scheduled to start on August 30, 2026, and will last for 12 weeks, with a commitment of 36 hours per week on day shifts.

Job Details:

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 7a-7:30p, with every other weekend rotation and an option to be removed from weekend coverage during the week.
Required Qualifications: RN license in Illinois, BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), at least 2 years of experience in a tertiary Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pediatric critical care settings.
Additional Information: Applicant must submit a current resume, one reference from a PICU supervisor within the last year, skills checklist, and verification of Illinois licensure. The assignment requires float rotation to either the Edward NICU or Elmhurst SCN.
