ICU Registered Nurse (RN) San Antonio, TX. This ongoing position involves providing specialized critical care in a 14-bed intensive care unit. The role requires dedication to patient safety and quality outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment, with rotations between days and nights on a 12-hour shift schedule.
Job Details
- Location: San Antonio, TX
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, nights and days, with a rotating schedule
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, starting 09/21/2026 and ending 12/21/2026
- Required Qualifications: Active Texas RN license; ACLS certification; BLS certification; at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience; NIHSS certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Meditech electronic documentation system experience; additional certifications in critical care or advanced nursing skills
- Additional Information: Candidate must be able to float as needed per hospital policy; adherence to dress code includes navy scrub top and pants, or navy or white scrub jackets; professional appearance required, including neat hair and covered tattoos; body art should be covered whenever possible
