Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) specialty position located in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care in an outpatient, clinic, or primary care setting with a focus on patients aged 5 and up. The position requires prior experience in specialty ambulatory care, EPIC electronic health record system proficiency, and active Massachusetts registered nurse licensure.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in specialty ambulatory care, outpatient, clinic, or primary care settings; EPIC electronic health record system experience; Massachusetts RN license (current or conditional) verified within the last week; American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification; valid drivers license matching demographics; up-to-date resume including 1+ year in specialty; documentation of travel experience if applicable; two recent references from Charge RN, Manager, or Supervisor in the same specialty; skills checklist matching specialty; current flu vaccine.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with patients aged 5 and above; flexibility to work every other major holiday.
• Additional Information: Must work every other major holiday. RTO preferences should be included at time of submission; they will not be guaranteed after confirmation. EMR experience with EPIC system required.
