Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) position located in a busy hospital setting. This role involves assisting in various surgical procedures within the operating room, ensuring sterile techniques are maintained, and supporting the surgical team. The assignment offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and technology in a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with 12 hours shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Operating Room Technician certification (ORT CERT) must be currently active. No minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Meditech electronic medical record systems, traveling experience to large healthcare facilities, and robotics procedures familiarity are considered a plus.
• Additional Information: The unit comprises a general operating room with approximately 60 beds, staffed with day shift personnel including a charge RN and a unit secretary. Skills in neuro transplants and the ability to adapt to new technology are valued. Flexibility and a collaborative personality are ideal.
• Position Details: The assignment involves supporting surgical procedures in a high-volume unit with a focus on neuro transplants, providing vital support during scheduled procedures from September 21, 2026, to December 21, 2026.
