Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in the southeastern region, supporting a facility serving the Tri-Cities area. This role involves providing specialized care for neonatal patients in a busy NICU setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality and compassionate healthcare. The position requires working night shifts and offers a dynamic environment that supports cross-training and collaborative care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: RN license, NICU experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience, minimum of 0 years of experience, located within 60 miles of the facility
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a high-volume NICU, proficiency with electronic health record systems, strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Additional Information: The role involves cross-training to assist with OB units as needed, utilizing a variety of clinical skills in a fast-paced environment that cares for neonatal patients. The position is a contractor replacement, ensuring ongoing staffing support for the unit.
