Description
Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit Float Nurse position available in a healthcare facility. This role requires skilled professionals to work across multiple ICU units, providing high-quality patient care. The position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for experienced ICU nurses to demonstrate their expertise in a dynamic environment.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- End Date: 12/05/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid license in the applicable state (compact or Advanced Licensed practical Nurse license), a minimum of 2 years experience in ICU specialty, recent travel experience, Cerner electronic health record experience, and the ability to float between units including Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), and stepdown units on designated floors.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a float pool or flexible ICU environment.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position requires working during the week of August 1st to the first week of September, with start times in the evening shift (PM).
