Job Summary
Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in the northwest region. This role involves providing high-quality care in a specialized cardiac observation setting, including pre- and post-procedure patient management, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, and preparing patients for various cardiac interventions. The position offers a schedule of dayshift hours within a 12-hour shift pattern.

Job Details

• Schedule: Varies; 3 x 12-hour shifts (0600-1830, 0700-1930, 0800-2030) with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Call requirements have commenced, including rotational weekend coverage on Saturday from 0700-1700 and Sunday from 0700-1400, approximately once every four to six weeks.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license for Arizona or a compact state license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), telemetry, catheterization laboratory, or surgery center settings may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for admitting, preparing, recovering, sedating, circulating, and discharging patients undergoing cardiac procedures such as coronary angiography, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and cardioversions. Responsibilities include charting, assisting physicians, performing bedside procedures, and ensuring high acuity patient care with a focus on positive outcomes.
