Job Summary:
Med Surg (Medical Surgical) RN position available on a healthcare facility's Medical-Surgical Floor. Located in a general hospital setting, this role involves providing direct nursing care for medical and surgical patients, including short stay procedures, orthopaedic, and stroke patients, as well as remote telemetry monitored patients. The position is designed to support the organization's operational needs with a focus on patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026 and ending 12/14/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); existing licensure; 1+ years of Med Surg nursing experience; additional experience and licensure details are considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform EKG, IV insertion, medication administration, Foley insertion, vital signs, assessments, RSI assistance, and point-of-care testing (blood glucose). The unit contains 30 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6. Scrub color is navy blue/white, and the electronic medical record system used is Cerner.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be willing to review clinicians with pending state licenses. No guaranteed 48-hour schedule block. No call required.
