Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) registered nurse in a hospital setting in Long Beach. This position involves providing perioperative care within a busy surgical unit, with a focus on advanced robotic procedures and a variety of surgical specialties. The role requires flexibility for floating within the hospital, weekend shifts, and on-call availability, supporting a dynamic surgical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, with start date on 09/21/2026 and end date on 12/21/2026.
• Required Qualifications: BSN degree, current California nursing license in hand, minimum of 2 years of hospital-based OR experience, BLS and CNOR certifications, robotics experience, and ability to work in general, orthopedic, neurovascular, ophthalmology, and ENT surgeries.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic documentation system, previous experience with patient ratios, and experience in trauma Level I or II units.
• Certifications: BLS, CNOR, BSN.
• Additional Information: Must be willing to float within the hospital based on census, and be available for weekend shifts and on-call duty as needed. RTO requests must be pre-approved at the time of submission, and Nursys verification within the past 2 weeks is required. Module hours include approximately 8 hours of EPIC training, with additional non-billable hours for orientation and specialty modules.
