Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) registered nurse position is available at a facility located in Colorado Springs. This 13-week assignment offers nights shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The role requires working in a pediatric/neonatal critical care environment, providing care to newborns and infants in a Level 3 NICU setting.

Job Details

  • Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
  • Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Length of Assignment: 13 weeks from 12/01/2026 to 03/06/2027
  • Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); RN licensure; at least 2 years of Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience; prior travel nursing experience highly preferred; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); preferred certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Floating: Floating or reassignments within a 35-mile radius may be required to fulfill staffing needs in pediatric, medical-surgical, or pediatric intensive care units
  • Requirements: Must be available to work 2 of the 3 specified holidays; no registered time-off within the first two weeks of the assignment; seasonal influenza vaccination exemptions available for medical and religious reasons
  • Special notes: RTO (recent time off) approval is restricted within the first two weeks of assignment; must be available to work on specified holidays
