Description

Job Summary:
House Supervisor Level 1 position in an acute care setting. This role involves supporting clinical staff and ensuring smooth operational flow during night shifts. The position requires excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to address operational and clinical issues effectively.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights, 7.5 hours per shift, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role; required certifications include ACLS and BLS
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Additional Information: The unit requires support in conflict resolution and mediation between staff or patients. Candidates should have an understanding of nursing practice and standards, and be familiar with collective bargaining agreements. This position does not include direct reports and involves supporting staff on the units they are covering. The shift begins on 09/07/2026 and concludes on 12/07/2026.
