Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurses in the specified location are responsible for providing high-quality care to patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry services. This role involves managing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during the assigned shift.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; minimum of 0 years of experience; experience in medical-surgical telemetry preferred but not required; proficient in EMR Meditech, Pumps Alaris, Meds Omnicell; ability to work in a 1:6 Med-Surg/Observation ratio or 1:4 Step Down ratio
• Preferred Qualifications: Step-down experience
• Additional Information:
  • Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions
  • 100-mile radius rule: the organization will not accept travelers with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility
  • RTO (Request for Time Off): No more than 3 days can be requested per 13-week contract
  • The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment; guaranteed hours do not apply
