Description
Job Summary:
Pediatric Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Spokane, WA. This position involves providing telephone triage services within a pulmonology specialty clinic. The RN will support patients from birth to 18 years of age, handling authorization forms, pharmacy calls, refills, and patient assessments via EPIC electronic health record system. The role is focused on clinical communication and coordination, with no hands-on patient care required.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 0900 to 1730, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state RN license; at least 2 years of experience working as an RN in Pediatrics and/or Telephone Triage; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience with electronic charting (EPIC); proficiency in AED; experience with authorization forms, pharmacy calls, and pediatric or respiratory patient assessments; minimum of 0 years of experience (equivalent to 0 minimum experience) listed.

- Additional Information: The role involves no hands-on patient care and is strictly telephone-based Triage. No weekend or on-call requirements. Travelers may be asked to float between nearby facilities, and candidates must be flexible with scheduling including holiday work commitments. The assignment begins on 09/14/2026 and runs through 10/26/2026. Candidates are required to respond to the question regarding previous employment at a Providence facility when submitting. References covering the past three years are required.
