Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department (L&D) in a high-volume facility located in a community hospital setting. This position involves caring for patients within a diverse population, including high-risk obstetric cases, postpartum treatment, and delivery support. The role requires strong clinical skills in postpartum care, management of high acuity patients, and proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Licensure (compact license in hand at submission), BLS certification, NRP certification, at least 2 years of experience in high-risk obstetric care, magnesium therapy, postpartum hemorrhage, pitocin, Foley catheter management, substance withdrawal, EPIC electronic medical records proficiency.
• Preferred Qualifications: JADA experience is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required at Issaquah Campus and Edmonds Campus for postpartum, labor and delivery, and recovery units.
• Additional Information: Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Candidates should not reach out directly to facility contacts unless an interview has been scheduled through the account manager. Two references covering 1 year (or 6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required prior to start.
