Description

Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility. The position involves providing direct nursing care to patients of all age groups, utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills. The role includes managing patient care, leading ancillary staff, and performing charge nurse duties.

Job Details

Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, California RN License.
Education: Required.
Location Requirements: Must hold valid California RN licensure and Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior nursing experience required.
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, demonstrating leadership in charge nurse functions, and managing patient documentation and clinical procedures.
