Medical Surgical Floor RN unspecified location. This role involves providing high-quality patient care within a Med Surg, telemetry, or progressive care unit. The position requires adaptability to float to other equivalent units as needed, with a focus on diverse populations including medicine, surgery, cardiac, and neurology patients.

Job Details

Position Description: Unit staffed for patients requiring Med Surg, telemetry, or progressive care with an emphasis on adult trauma designation or equivalent experience within the past five years. The assigned unit will correspond with the candidates experience, with a typical patient ratio of 1:4-6.
Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid driver's license or state ID, EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) / charting experience, at least 1 year of travel nursing experience, minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Med Surg / telemetry / PCU, and 1 year of level 1 adult trauma hospital experience or equivalent.
Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, totaling 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required.
Additional Information: The RN is expected to float to other comparable units as needed to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit a professional driver's license or state ID and an updated UCH resume.
