Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) registered nurses are needed for night shifts in a healthcare facility. The positions involve providing specialized care for neonatal patients across a range of gestational ages and acuity levels. This opportunity offers the chance to work within a dynamic unit focused on delivering exceptional neonatal care.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), 2+ years of Level III NICU experience, located within reasonable commuting distance
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience with delivery room stabilization, CPAP, and ventilator management
• Additional Information: The position involves caring for neonatal patients of all gestational ages and acuity levels. Teamwork, adaptability, and a collaborative attitude are essential. The unit utilizes equipment such as Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), ventilators, high flow nasal cannula, feeding pumps, breast pumps, and Alaris intravenous (IV) pumps. EMR system used is Epic. Before the first day, candidates may be required to complete education modules as determined by the organization.
