Job Summary
Medical Surgical Skilled Nursing (MS SNF) Location: Not Specified. This position is for a Professional Registered Nurse (RN) Team Lead responsible for overseeing patient care in a 3-unit, 120-bed facility. The role involves direct patient assessment, monitoring, and reporting, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration and advocacy. Flexibility to support staffing needs, including occasional drop to an LPN Med Cart position, is required.

Job Details

• Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. The work hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with every other weekend and every other holiday required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state RN license, 0 years of experience minimum, and completion of the Centralus Epic Questionnaire and Centralus Health Submission Cover Sheet.
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Skilled Nursing (MS SNF).
• Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in staff meetings and unit councils, and maintain clinical competence specific to the care area within required timeframes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or sit for extended periods, and operate necessary equipment. The role involves floating to other units as staffing demands.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Orientation: Typically 1 day on the assigned unit.
• Scrubs: Any color may be worn.
