Medical-Surgical (MS) Registered Nurse (RN) located in a metropolitan city, this role involves providing direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting. The position requires delivering comprehensive nursing care, managing complex medical conditions, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams during night shifts.

Position: RN Registered Nurse
Specialty: Medical-Surgical (MS)
Location: Metropolitan city healthcare facility
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Duration: 8-week assignment starting 09/14/2026 and ending 11/07/2026
Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience; experience at a Level 1 Trauma Institution; experience working in a metropolitan city with a diverse population; LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City); completion of LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to start.
Responsibilities include: providing direct patient care, performing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, patient and family education, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
EMR: Cerner
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
